Refund policy
Exchanges
Exchanges can only be requested for reject items or mistakes on items shipped.
- Exchanges must be requested maximum 3 days after the product is received.
- Product must be in brand new, unworn or unused, and unwashed condition.
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If there's an issue with your order, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at noircareteam@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
